the most satisfied patients are the ones of the HD Foumbot, Baham, Mbouda and of the Regional Hospital with scores of satisfaction over 60 %. There was an evident relationship between the quality of the care and the management of human resources as estimated by the respondents, and the most significant parameters were the mastery of the road map (p=0.033), the absence of in-service training (p=0.021), the bad motivation policy (0.040) and the failure to respect the standards of appointments officials (p=0.044).
